Who is it for?

Independent labels, artist managers and artists who release their own music.

Today it runs one label, Heartfeldt Records, under Dutch law with Believe as distributor. Other labels need setup work, so we start small.

Does it send or pay anything by itself?

No. Messages, claims and social posts stay drafts until you approve them. The hard block on unapproved sends is In beta. Nothing publishes on its own.

It moves no money either. It checks payout runs against contracts and splits. The payment step itself is Coming next.

Is my data used to train models?

We have not published a data policy yet. How your data is stored and used, training included, is agreed per label during onboarding.

Heartfeldt signs its contracts through a self-hosted signing service in Frankfurt, in the EU.

What works today, and what comes next?

Each feature shows its status. No marker means it works today. "In beta" means partly. "Coming next" means not built yet.

Where did it come from?

We built it inside Heartfeldt Records as three tools: a royalty auditor, a deal desk and an ops desk.

They still run separately today and share no memory yet. Setlist is the work of joining them.

Built inside a working label

Setlist started as the back office of Heartfeldt Records. We will open it to a small group of labels and managers first.
